Coordinate with planning and production teams to ensure subcontract activities meet project schedules and deliverables. Prepare and process LOI, PR, PO, and manage subcontract agreements, including change orders, claims, and contractual correspondence. Review technical proposals, obtain approvals for deviations, and support commercial and technical bid evaluations. Process subcontractor invoices for payment in line with contract terms and company procedures. Ensure subcontractor compliance with Oman Labour Law, insurance requirements, and Workers’ Compensation Policy (WCP). Monitor subcontractor performance through evaluation, KPI tracking, and implementation of corrective actions. Oversee subcontractor quality assurance, HSE compliance, and support final accounts, retention release, and project closeout.
